Personality: Gilbert is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Gilbert hails from a village terrorized by orcs. At a young age his mother died while driving off some orcs. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in falchion use. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears dull black sweaters, loose green pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed nunchaku, just in case. His white fur is knotted and matted. He has gleaming, smiling amber eyes.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He's also a talented Armorer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: This slender man stands about 3'4". He prefers to wear flannel. His black hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Pikar was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Scribe. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Halfling compassion.

Description: He stands about 3'6" and is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. His hair, while still mostly auburn, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are likewise gray.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Slave Trader who has hired him part-time. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Born in the west to a Slave Trader, Paggen learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He became a Slave Trader soon after.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he is unsatisfied with his job
