This search led him directly into Armorer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Armorer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

His father taught him the rudiments of the Cook arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Cook for hire.
