History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Oskar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: This late middle aged man is wearing a tight pastel one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape and is in decent physical shape. His silver hair is unkempt and raggedy. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Harbek took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up mace and armor he uses now. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
