Description: He is a pot bellied eastern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. His silver hair is singed and shortened. His green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: Burto hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Burto grew up listening to his father's many stories. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a worn and beaten armor. His golden hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Through the years after Frederick was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Frederick's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: 3'2" and muscular, this southern man is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. With bright golden hair and a scraggly beard. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Broce was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look, and he perpetually has his trident ready. His red fur is lengthy. His blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Stableman work with an outfit from a few towns over. Stableman work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He's also a talented Barrister, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers
