History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Through the years after Tomi was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He tends to his Armorer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: To be a Ruler again; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
