History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Thorin was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When Thorin reached his early adolescence his Dwarf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel.
