Description: He is renowned for his bright grey suits and hats. He carries with him a set of ceremonial daggers on his belt, each one with a amber on the hilt. His chestnut hair has been sun bleached extensively. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. A true patriot, Raer would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He found a children's book about a Half-Elf Warrior who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. During his travels, Raer and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Raer discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Raer fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
