Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His first spouse was a Bather, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

Description: He wears dull blue sweaters, loose white pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed shortspear, just in case. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His auburn hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He got into the Cartwright business at a young age. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has worked as a Cartwright like his father before him.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His auburn hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a deerstalker hat. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Frederick fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
