History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He tends to his Tailor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
