Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'10" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He dresses in blue turtlenecks beneath a grey coat with brown slacks. His hair is long and golden with streaks of chestnut, and is pulled back with small blue clips. His beard is chestnut, braided, and well cared for. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Mercenary profession.

History: Nim was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has worked as a Sellsword like his mother before him.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: The dark-skinned man stands 6'2" and wears an entirely green suit with pastel socks and a vest with buckled shoes. His black hair is singed and shortened. His fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is a great chef.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His first spouse was a Courier, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Courier they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Carter, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.

Description: This late middle aged man wears rags and sports a simple walking cane and is in decent physical shape. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy black hair. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines green.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the west. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Soapmaker. He has worked as a Soapmaker like his father before him.

Motivation: To be a Bellfounder again.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
