History: Born in the east to a Dilettante, Korfel learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). In the meantime he has taken over work as a Dilettante and occasionally as a mercenary.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting illithids, the young Aura began to lead the lost caravan. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it
