History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Priest hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. Description: He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. He carries with him a set of axes on his belt, each one with a amethyst on the hilt. He has silver hair. His white eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Mantus hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Mantus alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Mantus fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. His parents were killed by brigands in a raid when he was still a young child. The brigands captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized red coat, and is pretty ugly. He has no hair. He has gleaming, smiling gray eyes.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. Being a Sailor kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
