Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His brown hair is lengthy. He has several tiny topaz earrings on each ear.

Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. Nim enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Many brigands want him driven away.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and retire the richest man in the west

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing dancing.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents enrolled him in a Commoner school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: A deep hatred of drow; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears suspenders and red workpants. His shirt is black, and he wears a heavy red leather apron most of the time. He wears his green crest down. This red eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. While he appears to be a normal Dragonborn, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
