Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Halander isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
