He has done his best to style his brass crest to look like a famous performer. His gold eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
