Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. During his travels, Kugáluga and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Kugáluga discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Kugáluga fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Windy lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. At a young age his father died while driving off some giants. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in kukri use. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His chestnut hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a feathered hat. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He hates Elves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He got into the Layabout business at a young age. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has achieved small success as a Layabout.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: To protect his home; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is his passion
