Personality: Jocelyn hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his dancing career. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He got into the Mortician business at a young age. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
