Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing dancing.

History: Born in the west to a Mayor, Oppleby learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
