History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Assassin hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shortspear.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He got into the Fletcher business at a young age. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He struck the Fletcher job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Fletcher responsibilities is difficult; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Alvyn was born with his mother's beautiful face. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and wants to work out more often
