William Thornton, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: A man of a pale complexion, he dresses like a well dressed Cartwright does. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy auburn hair. His violet eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He is happy with his job as a Cartwright. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Cartwright for hire.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Mreksh Pfaphnyrennish, Male Dragonborn [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a white deerstalker hat and white clothes. His crest is cut close to his head. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: The child of a Guard, who enjoyed hunting, Mreksh was taken on many hunting expeditions. After coming to the age of reason, Mreksh took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Thorin Foamtankard, Male Dwarf [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he wears just a black suit. His hair is always cut to a buzz. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. Cagak Yorke, Male Half-Orc [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He has dyed his greying chestnut hair a little too much giving a sharp chestnut color. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: Cagak was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ploughman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor.
