History: Born in the north to a Fletcher, Efferil learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Fletcher.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and balancing his hectic life and new fletcher responsibilities is difficult
