He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Personality: Halimath speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Halimath was born on a far western mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Glassblower. He's also a talented Guard, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
