History: He was born into a rich family. When Adelard reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ethereal fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing grey cape and mantle trimmed with soft black waves gently in the breeze. He wears a Stetson hat to hide his balding. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he has decided he is irredeemable
