Description: He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He carries a battered scimitar and tarnished whip as well. His brown hair, when down, is lengthy. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Tod was born with his mother's beautiful face. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature whip.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Halfling people.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A freak accident while working with his Scribe father left him crippled. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Scribe they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Cook, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Description: An older man who dresses like a well dressed Cartwright does, he is not a threatening figure. His rusty crest is long and unkept. His gold eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Quarethon embodies much of what other species detest in the Dragonborns. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: Quarethon was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Through the years after Quarethon was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Quarethon's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has worked as a Cartwright like his father before him.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he is unsatisfied with his job
