History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Shifting alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
