The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Grûblik's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Born in the west to a Miner, Grûblik learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He became a Miner soon after.
