Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. He wears black painted combat armor at almost all times, marred by beers. He wears a deerstalker hat to hide his balding. His ears are large.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and wears light armors faded through time and improper care. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His auburn hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a card scrunchie. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Apothecary business.

History: He was born into a rich family. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He is greedy; and money/treasure

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. His childhood dream was to be a Animal Trainer, but he was a colossal failure. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Description: The dark-skinned man stands 5'10" and prefers to wear flannel. His brown hair is knotted and matted. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and his religion dominates his actions
