Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Ruler profession.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He's also a talented Ruler, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
