He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His brown hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
