Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Paymon hails from a village terrorized by illithids. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Weaver hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Paymon was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.
