History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Lucan abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His childhood dream was to be a Detective, but he was a colossal failure. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Tanner responsibilities is difficult; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
