History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Rael was born on a far western mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Marshal. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Mayor. He tends to his Mayor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
