History: He comes from a rich southern family. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Bertram grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Bertram. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Nicor abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Sun has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
