History: Born in the south to a Apothecary, Percival learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Apothecary. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright red and brown, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His chestnut hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. A true patriot, Paggen would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Paggen was born the youngest of three triplets. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Paggen grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Paggen. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
