History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Elves in Jocelyn's homeland. Jocelyn decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.
