Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
