Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Born in the north to a Beggar, Kipper learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Interpreter, but he got bored and became a Beggar. He struck the Beggar job and began his own company from there.

His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Ozyman is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
