He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He struck the Bricklayer job and began his own company from there.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dwarven companion (his 'brother'). Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. Rivaan is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born in the east. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.
