History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

History: Tim was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He tends to his Fletcher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Roofer. He became a Roofer soon after.
