He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has achieved small success as a Cartwright.

Description: He is in excellent shape and wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. His golden hair and beard is wavy and long. His brown eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Charles is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind.
