History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: He was born into a rich family. Ombul was born on a far northern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Architect. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is his passion

Description: He is wearing a long, brown cloak, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 3'4" when asserting himself. His auburn hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
