Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he is wearing a long, green cloak. He wears a deerstalker hat to hide his balding. His amber eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Born in the east to a Architect, Balimaar learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Balimaar was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Through the years after Geoffrey was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Geoffrey's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city.
