History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the west were limited. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Torinn was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he seems to be bored by most things

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to reunite with his absent father

Personality: This man loves poetry and to teach people poetry more than just about anything. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature longsword.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he's looking for his big break
