History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He comes from a rich western family. His childhood dream was to be a Layabout, but he was a colossal failure. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Navigator.

Motivation: To be a Layabout again; and he is wracked by social anxiety
