Description: He is wearing a long, black, dusty cloak. He carries with him a set of flails, each one with a sapphire on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His white crest is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His eyes are a pleasant red.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Mayor profession.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Shamash was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Shamash has worked very hard to control his curse. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Shamash fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born in the north. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the north were limited. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Many brigands want him driven away; and balancing his hectic life and new miner responsibilities is difficult

It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy white hair. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: Raymond is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His first spouse was a Scribe, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by vampirism.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
