History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 94. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. Heward liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His parents enrolled him in a Ranger school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.
