He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 2'11" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. His hair is long and golden with streaks of auburn, and is pulled back with small yellow clips. His beard is auburn, braided, and well cared for. His eyes are likewise hazel.

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Fulbar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He was born in a small plains village. His childhood dream was to be a Shipwright, but he was a colossal failure. He's also a talented Shipwright, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and wants to open a new tavern

He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Tanner. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
