Personality: He is fixated on the number 69. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Oskar enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Oskar was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it.
