Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Fargas isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. A friendly and beautiful Halfling, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.
