Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. The war was a terrible time for him, and Randal does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
